Welding Research Council, Inc. (WRC), a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit scientific research corporation, solves problems in welding and pressure vessel technology utilizing the talents of diverse science and engineering specialists. WRC’s goals are to exchange knowledge, share perspectives, and establish R&D activities.

Pressure Vessel Research Council

The Pressure Vessel Research Council (PVRC) was formed as a part of WRC to coordinate and extend research on various aspects of pressure vessel technology.

The Materials Properties Council (MPC) receives support from the industry, technical organizations, codes and standards developers, and government agencies.
